You can ride there or drive there, but let's plan to be at the Jefferson Memorial at 6:45pm. It's pretty easy to access via bike from all directions.
I'll bring ALL the Velo Bella gear I've got, but if you don't have a jersey, wear something in either Pink, Blue, or Black. And BRING FLAIR!!! (feather boa, kitty ears, be creative!!!) and bring a friend!!!
