I'm looking to put on a Velo Bella Bike Handling clinic this fall. The purpose will be to help you get comfortable on your bike in many different situations! This will be an active, riding, bike clinic. Some of the things we'll cover include:

--Clipping in/out of pedals
--Cross/running mount/dismounts (great for triathlons!)
--Track stands
--Cornering
--"Holding your line"
--Water bottle hand-offs
--Riding in a pack
--Riding in a paceline/drafting
--Bunny-hopping
