Hi Fellow Bellas!
I hear someone calling for some hill suffering- I mean hill climbing? Let's do
it!
Sunday, 4/1/07, 1-4pm rain or shine (within reason: call 763-478-9223 prior to the ride if you have questions)
Ride details:
I'll leave my house at 1pm. 251 Cherry Hill Trail, Medina, 55340 (mapquest)
Feel free to join me here if you want a longer workout. Otherwise I will pick
up riders at 1:30pm at Caribou in Wayzata.
We'll ride west from there. First hill is within two minutes of the coffee shop
(so be warmed up!), and the rollers will continue for another two hours until I
drop you off at 3:30pm at Caribou in Wayzata or at my house at 4pm.
My hubby will accompany and he will help be a ride sweeper, leader, etc.
whatever is needed. So feel free to bring Velo Fellas! ;-)

| Spill the beans! What happened!? Remember, that what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. That seems to be midwestern cyclists motto. Remember out in Cali they are riding in shorts up and down scenic gentle mountains. We have rain and wind.

Ride? When? I am helping out with the Beginner's Clinic this Sat morning. Then I can ride. Sunday I have to ride super early. I do have a hill route--about 2-3 hours.
They growl with their eyes?
