Nashville - HBC Motorplex Ride - HBC Members - Hey Nashville Ladies - I have this ride in my calendar to ride Tuesdays 6-8 since its only 20 mins from my work. I rode last night and enjoyed it and met a new VB that I did not know - I think her name was Kelly? She had on VB Shorts - I wished I had worn mine. Would love to see ya'll out there in the slow or fast lane with me Would you all like to come out and have a nice paceline? Or do some interval training? Or just chat? This seems to be a one size fits all with no one left behind. There is a 30 min TT from 7:30 to 8:00 if you need to do any testing.
Hey Joy! I'm planning to get out there one of these Tues...not sure when. I've been training with Todd on Tues mornings, so Tues nights have been chill time. Maybe in July? I really want to, sounds like big time fun!
