Description: Women In Adventure Racing Thursday January 15 (7pm-9pm) REI Brentwood Community Room. A clinic for women only.

We will discuss:
a) The history of females in Adventure Racing
b) Physiology of women in racing (and why females excel in long races)
c) Women's typical strengths and weaknesses at different stages of racing
d) Women - are they really just "mandatory gear"? (hint: nope)
e) Balancing training, racing, work and family
f) What it's REALLY like to be out there with the guys

Refreshments will be provided and there will be lots of time to ask questions. This is a free clinic. It is open to both experienced and new racers.
