THIS SATURDAY is the IMBA/SORBA Social and mtb ride at Lock 4. This is open to all riders, and they will have ride leaders for all skill levels, or you can ride on your own! Energy drinks, water and trail snacks wil be provided at the SORBA/IMBA tent.
Come support your local trails! Set up at 9am, ride at 10am!

I found a great site that outlines a training schedule for cyclocross, starting in September. Of course, the earlier you work on your running, the better....
