okay, this is probably a totally stupid question, but what exactly do you learn at a dirt jumping clinic?

How to do this:

   __._. __.. O
   ____ ._..  /\,

:::::::::.  (*)

                     /\                /\

      _____  /      \ ____/        \___________

It's a clinic on how to approach jumps correctly, how to handle your bike should you get airborne and how to land it safely.  :-)

and such and such.  :P

Quite honestly something like a freeride bike would be best, or something with a fairly slack head angle or something you can get the seat lower than the handlebars with.

Personally I prefer a dual suspention because it lets you make mistakes and still stay upright!  :-)

Well, I suppose you could use the Fair Lady, but only if you wear a cape!
