Hey gals!
The promoter for the Ronde de Brisbeen races at the end of March has graciously added a cat 3 women's race for sunday's circuit race.
There is a cat 3 women's crit on saturday that I did last year with Andrea (who won in a very studly sprint) that was a great race--hard but fun.
The last couple years, there has only been a women's 4 category on sunday. I did that race as a 4--it's got a decent climb in it so it is challenging but I did reasonably well and so, in a warped sort of way, I'd kinda hoped to do it again and test my skills. And now I can!
But the reason I am posting this is that I'd really like to see a good turnout from us cat 3s. I'm sure if we don't show up, Tom won't offer it again next year. And it may help our cause to try to get more cat 3-only races at other venues.
