i am planning on doing this as my first century ride (on the road bike of course). might be a nice opportunity for the east and west side michiganders (and maybe chicago bellas too) to get together. anyone interested?
also, my parents are going to do the 25 miler on their tandem. it is their first "real" bike event. they are so cute.

awesome!! there will be a good sized group of us from the luv2mtb site going, so this should be a lot of fun!!
remember to register before july 31st for $30 or the price goes up and up and up...
also, the ride is limited to 5,000 riders and fills up every year so register early.

uh oh ... normally I would be all over this, as it sounds like an awesome tour! But...during cyclocross season? That complicates things. There are 2 cross races that day--if I come to my senses & decide not to race either of them, I would love to join in the bella century. Realistically? Chances are I'll be out playing in the mud 
You'll have a great time at your 1st road century & your parents will enjoy their ride too!
