I posted this on the MMBA forum, too, but I thought someone here might have a suggestion as well.
I was dumb and I still have not made hotel reservations for the Lumberjack 100 (still mentally recovering from my last endurance race, I think). I know they sell out really fast and don't even know where to start looking at this point.
Any suggestions?

No hotel suggestions (but I think lots of people camp?) .... just wanted to say have a great time at the race!
I missed registration for this one

some of my friends on luv2mtb.com do the lumberjack and they usually share a cabin or some hotel rooms.
sign up at luv2mtb and introduce yourself and i bet you might find a group to share with.
btw- who are you? i don't think i've talked with you on here before? you must not be a michigan bella?

 you were thinking about doing the 100 mile mtb race??  i know you're bad a$$ and all monica- but i thought you were a roadie??

Hi Dana,
I'm from Indiana, but I'm hoping to entire NUE series in the next couple of years. I'm starting myself off "easy" this year with one in June and one in August. The Lumberjack will be first 100-miler.
Thanks for the suggestions; I still haven't settled on anything yet.

Ha -- I don't think I can qualify as a "roadie", but you are right. I'm definitely new to off-road riding. Rick (the Lumberjack organizer & Mr. KissCross) assured me I would love the 100
