I recently acquired an odd-looking mountain bike frame through work.
It's rusty, could use a spraying of Frame-Saver and it takes a U-brake (ugh); but it's straight and could easily be built up. Online research shows it was hand-built between 1988-90 and was apparently thought to be really cool in its day. Head badge is forged and then brazed directly to the head tube. The frameset is shockingly heavy, even to someone like me who rides nothing but steel frames.

I am contemplating stripping and repainting it, and maybe setting it up as a town cruiser/guest bike. Anyone who has additional info to offer on this is welcome to comment and offer links.
