I like Podrunner - it's a podcast for runners that has a beat designed for different heartbeats per minute.  Works well for biking too...kind of cheesy at times but good stuff usually!

I have used podrunner for running.  It was really cool.  I never tried it for biking though.   I should give it a try though.  What BPM did you find to work for you on the bike?   I need to mix it up so I don't get too bored riding in my dining room this winter.  Blah!

Thanks !

To get a great workout I spin to Spinerval videos, I have 4 different ones and they are awesome.  If I just need to pass time, I spin to Judge Judy and Jerry Springer!:D

My current favorite is watching the Planet Earth documentaries. Its amazing and since I can't hear so well on the trainer, its good watching

If I ever get a HD dvd player, this will be my first purchase.

Ditto that!  We LOVE LOVE LOVE Planet Earth!  Amazing series, and if / when we ever get an HD player it will also be the first show we get.  (For now, we just save our favorites on the DVR, hee hee.)

Another great one is the documentary Winged Migration.   HD documentary about the migration of birds, but with hardly any narration, just scene after scene of birds in flights.  Amazing.
