Madelyn hasn't gotten back to me - she wants it but may have had one ordered for her by her team leader. I ought to have an answer from her in a day or so, if not, it's yours.
I did relook at my bill from Primal and I paid $52 for it plus shipping. If you wer to buy it, would you be ok with paying $52 and I'll throw in the shipping for you?
