 Hello all, my name is Heidi Kanayan and I have just recently decided to join the Bella ranks. This is all thanks impart to Alex Fabbro and Kathleen B. So lets see about me.....um I have been riding bikes of all kinds since I was ...oh too long to remember (thanks Dad). I started racing XC in 1999 and have been hooked ever since I started racing DH winter of 06 but didn't really get going till this year. I also compete in Super D, Cyclocross and a bit of road. Before cycling I was a self taught competitive alpine ski racer for eleven years and still do it for a fun here and there. I Graduated from Cal State San Bernardino June of 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. That following fall I decided that there just isn't enough snow in the SoCal mountains so I moved to Mammoth Lakes, CA. I am currently continuing my nearly decade long carrier as a professional ski instructor at Mammoth Mountain Sports School and working towards getting my full certification through PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America). So when I am not on my bike you can usually find me playing on the ski hill.

Welcome Heidi!!! I will have to let you know if I go up to Mammoth to dome biking sometime

Did you used ot race at Big Bear when you lived down south? Your name seems familiar?
