Howdy
I am old to vellobella, but new to chat boards.
I ride my Mountain bike and road bike all over the bay area with my friends and hubby, Rob. I own a wilder queen of the road for pavement excursions, and a Titus racer X for my trail adventures. My favorite Mtn bike haunts are....Tahoe, Skeggs Point, China Camp, Wilder Ranch. I like to ride my road bike around the Woodside area (amywhere with some climbing to the coast....Kings Mountain, Old La Honda, Ya Da Ya Da Yah.)
I support my Bike habit by being a Registered Dietitian (a nutritionist by trade.) Sports Nutrition is a passion of mine. I read everything I can get my little paws on regarding fueling my fitness to keep up with my Soopa Fast hubby Rob and his friends. Maybe some day in the future if velobella will have me, I can present a Sports Nutrition clinic. I work with Team in Training SF chapter a bit. I want to be a "sports dietitian" and certified personal trainer when I grow up....
Well, thats me in a nutshell. Chio to all, Eva P the RD

Hi Eva!
You are totally welcome to give us nutritional advice, but be warned...last time we had a nutrition clinic...we ate chocolate brownies while our speaker told us we should eat raw eggs and raw meat. Haa...brownies ruled. Sabine has a mountain bike ride regularly scheduled every Sat you may want to join in on.
Here http://velobellabb.com/forum3/1185.html and thanks for giving us professional insight in our nutritional topics!
