Hey, just moved to Atlanta a few months ago to take an art teaching job, and I find myself single again. I love it so far. My bike fiend cousins Morgan and Hillary told me about Velo Bella, and I think it sounds like something I'd love to get involved with. I'd love to meet some girl bikers. Right now I have an old Schwinn Surburban, so I will need a new bike. It goes without saying that I'm a little intimidated, but still very eager to get into this!

I live in the Grant Park area, and would love to meet anyone around the ATL! TTYL!

email me at cathy AT bolandconsulting.net and I'll get you setup with the GA Bellas.  BTW, what size bike do you ride?  I'm seriously considering selling my carbon Alan painted in VB colors.  I just have too many bikes right now.

Hey! Great to get a reply so quickly! Neat. I'm 5' 8", so whatever size that is i suppose. I always have to raise the seat on my bikes. I'd be interested in seeing the bike you are wanting to sell.

It may be a bit small for you - it is a 50cm.  Kinda depends on your leg length/torso length proportions.  Send me an email.  I don't live in Atlanta anymore, but I do get down there frequently.

Marci is pretty leggy, so I'd start sizing her on a 54 or 56cm women's specific frame and adjust from there.  From what she was telling me over the weekend, I'm guessing a cyclocross bike would fit her needs best.

oh well.  The Alan won't work.

Marci, you still need to send me an email so I can get you started on the signup process.
