Once again, I have (barely) completed "that crazy long race in Arkansas" and the link to race report is below. Hopefully, I'll have a little better report in a couple of months when I join Michigan Bella Monica at the Lumberjack 100 in June.

| Lindsay, YOU ROCK ! Ok, you're making me feel a little nervous about LJ100 but I'll just keep your race report in mind & know that there aren't any MOUNTAINS around Manistee. Awesome job in Arkansas !!!!

| Monica - Yeah, I've also wondered how I'm going to do 100 miles in less than 12 hours (they won't let you finish if you are going much slower than that), when it took me 10 hours to do 60 yesterday, but the Lumberjack is a whole different animal. There are no mountains and no rocks, and you shouldn't need to get off your bike, except for at aid stations. I think the key at the LJ is that the climbs are short and steep, so it's temping to use up the power muscles too early.
