Mountain Biking Menu - got the skinny wheels blues and need kick start your system again?  Choose a little snack on the MTB menu and pair with a nice cold beer....woohooooo!

Henry Coe - think refined Japanese cuisine.  Sort of sublte, but with a hint of wasabe that will kick your ass (english translation - climb, climb, and climb some more!).

Wilder/UCSC - this is your peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  Slap it together, hit the pedals...you could almost ride it in your sleep, but dang, it sure tastes good every time...but how many PB&Js can a girl eat?

Soquel Demo - fun little cocktail party.  Little of this, little of that - next thing you know you're pleasantly buzzed and did you get that little wumpty-do on Sawpit this time?!

Downieville - the burrito with every little bit of goodness stuffed in and a cooler of beer at the bottom.  17 miles of downhill singletrack that tumbles over rocks, curves and winds next to the river and you'll end up feeling so silly, crazy, happy.  At the bottom flop into the Yuba river and just keep laughin'.  Yep, it's really like that.

Menu Warning:  taking a bite of the Burrito Supreme can lead to serious cravings.  You will dream about it; thinking of ways to get more, more, more.

Utensil suggestions:   in most cases your standard fork and spoon work just fine on the items above (that would a MTB hardtail w/ suspension fork, don't even need disc brakes).  But when attacking the Burrito Supreme, break out the finest cutlery you got - that would be full suspension, freshie disc brakes, and nice front fork.  What a perfect excuse to go shopping...:burp:

I am lame and don't have pics...but I think it would be soooo fun to have a Bella shindig up there...we could rent a couple of houses up in Sierra City.  A three day weekend maybe?
