"Its a Girl Thing!" Women's Cycling Clinic March 7-8, 2009
INTEGRATE Performance Fitness, The Bay Area's cycling specific core strength experts, is hosting "Its a Girl Thing" Women's Cycling Clinic Saturday and Sunday March 7-8, 2009. This is the first of a progressive clinic series aimed at recreational riders with the goal of helping them to ride longer and pedal stronger.
The clinic will be lead by Santa Clara University Women's Cycling Team Head Coach, Jamii North, USAC, ATA, HF and her crew of cycling experts. Cycling vets will learn how to take their skills to the next level, and while new riders learn the most effective ways to lay a fundamental foundation for lifelong cycling success.
By the end of the weekend, you will be:
Decending with more confidence
Comfortably riding in a group setting
Our clinic is extremely unique because in addition to becoming a better rider on your bike, we will teach you the best strategies to approach the way your body moves off of your bike with cutting edge cycling specific core strength training techniques.

To insure the quality of the instruction, and to maximize your learning experience, we are limiting the weekend to the first 25 people who sign up. The weekend fees are $100 for the weekend if pre-paid by Friday February 27, 2009. After the deadline date, it is $150 for the weekend, or $75/day for attendance on either Saturday or Sunday.
